2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon shows a pretty garnet color and complex aromas of ripe cassis, cherry and plum and a slight edge of menthol. Round and creamy with spice and hints of incense, ripe fine grained tannins and subtle French oak, it has a long sweet finish that makes for a very vibrant young Cabernet Sauvignon with oodles of personality that can be approached now but promises to be better in 2-3 years and last for 8-10.
