Light ruby color with an inviting nose of black cherry, spice box and floral tones of roses and violets, the mouth-feel is round, full and complex with aromas of licorice, spice and black fruits. Medium bodied on the palate with balancing acidity, it will evolve for 1-2 years and drink well through 2015.
